Is the pain unbearable, or is it manageable? Not saying I have colon cancer, just wondering if it's very painful

I have the same trouble often. Good luck with solving this issue. I very much sympathize with you!

Actually, these people often die with liver metastases. Liver failure is not terribly painful. Most of these folks lapse into comas and are unaware at death. Pain can almost always be controlled with good physician / nursing / hospice care.
