I have this thin oval 2 cm long thing coming out of my butt whole. I looked up colon cancer and they said it was in the colon but this is sticking out of my... u know.

you can get colon cancer at any age and get to a doctor to make sure hope its not

It doesn't sound like cancer. Its much more likely to be a hemorrhoid. (That would be unusual in a 14 year old, but not as rare as colon cancer.) Bottom line: Its not normal. Get it checked out.
