How long does it typical take colon cancer to develop?
about a year ago i had my stool test, and one of them had blood, but i don't have any trouble going stool or anything else, if one of the test had blood does that mean i have cancer, and since it was a year ago does that mean it alread spread.

There are many reasons to have blood in your stool. If the test was done by a doctor you should have had a follow up to see if it is still there. If you are concerned about it being cancer you need to see a doctor.

Depending on your age, if you are very young you needn't worry, but if you are approaching 50 you should get a colonoscopy to rule out cancerous polyps. Fecal occult blood can have many causes, and cancer is one of the worst of them.
