Please ask your doctor this question.

Yes, I can tell just by reading your question on this site that you do in fact have colon cancer. You better make arrangements now because you only have 348 hours left to live.

you shouldn't ask important questions like this on here, some people will tell you without knowing enough. Go and speak to a doctor, they will be able to o ffer you a complete and proper diagnosis and refer you to a specialist if they feel it is necessary. Please don't leave your health up to yahoo answers :(

I do not think you have colon cancer. The little bit of blood is probably from the pressure you are putting on your colon in trying to push out the crap (no pun intended). I suggest getting a series of colonics. This will get the feces out of your system. Also, you need to look at your diet. If you are holding everything in and do not have at least one bowel movement a day, your body is absorbing all those toxins and THAT will make you sick. But, you are 20, you can change all of this around. I would still see a doctor for a check up. Good Luck. Also, do not worry...it will make you more constipated. Seriously, get a colonic!!!!

i dont think you have cancer but you should go to a doc asap,, this could be emergency

Sounds like you need a complete physical including a colonoscopy... could just be a simple medical condition but you will need to get this checked out

You have IBS. Go back to the doctor and they'll fix you up.

You have not described colon cancer. It sounds to me like you had severe constipation or even fecal impaction. This is dry, hardened stool that is stuck in the colon. A small amount of blood in the stool is not uncommon (you may also have developed an anal fissure) and the abdominal bloating is expected. To prevent this in the future, you are wise to eat a healthier diet. Include not just fiber but 3 liters of water a day. Constipation can be caused by inadequate fluid intake and not just be lack of dietary fiber. Increase your physical activity to stimulate persitalsis. Ask your doctor about short-term use of a stool softener (docusate). This can be purchased OTC. Although you won't believe this, you got off easy this time. If this happens again, you may need a digital disimpaction.

What you are describing are typical symptoms of colon cancer. It is important that you clear your bowels ASAP. Drink large amounts of water. Since you are so young, I do not believe that you are likely to have an advanced form of cancer, so your emphasis should be on prevention. If you would like to read about factors which contribute to the development of cancer, perhaps you could click on "Dhaxem and Cancer" on the Dhaxem website. In the meantime, have yourself checked out by your doctor, and ask for colonoscopy. That will establish whether you have colon cancer or not, by a doctor simply looking into your colon. It is not painful, you are just likely to get an injection that will make you drowsy. All the best.

Some of the usual symptoms of colon cancer are: dark, tar-like blood in stool (not bright red), pencil-thin stool, constipation, unexplained weight loss. You only have one symptom, it is highly unlikely to be colon cancer BUT you still need to get yourself checked and diagnosed for your constipation by an MD.

Red blood is not a sign of cancer. Black blood MIGHT be. Keep eating healthy (at least lots of higher fibre foods) and go back to your doctor. If you were to get a cancer (and 1 in four people do), then colon cancer is actually a "good" one to get, because with early detection it is 100% curable. You probably need help improving your diet, and getting sufficient exercise, talk to the doc about that too. Best wishes...

My father was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer. Despite the fact that he presented quite typical symptoms (such as yours!!) to his doctor for a year, THAT DOC never ordered any tests, nor did he do a rectal exam. I finally got my father to my doctor, who at once did a rectal exam and then sent him for further testing. 3 days later my father had BRIGHT RED blood coming from his rectum, and a ton of it.......this led us to the hospital emergency room where after a series of tests, he was admitted........ To make a long story short......go to your doctor at once! Do not rely on answers you may get here!!!! PLEASE insist that your doctor at least order a colonoscopy, which will definitely tell one way or another !!! My father's bloodwork alone did NOT confirm it, but once he had a colonoscopy, as well as an MRI with contrast, he finally was diagnosed with the very final Stage of cancer.....originating with a very larger rectal tumor, extending to his lymph nodes, distant organs, and finally to his bones!! SO PLEASE GO GET HELP IMMEDIATELY----INSIST UPON EXTENSIVE TESTING FROM YOUR DOCTOR......OR IF YOU INDEED DO HAVE CANCER, IT WILL CONTINUE TO GROW AS DID MY FATHER'S, DESPITE HIS GOING TO A DOCTOR FOR ONE YEAR, AS STATED ABOVE.

It is better that you follow the doctor instructions and have an exam in your intestine, and you can prevent or discover what is happening, it not necesary has tobe cancer, can be anyuthing but the Doctor has to investigate. go to your doctor, anything can be cure if it is discoverred on time.
17 :
i don't think you do but go see your doctor again and tell them what's up.
