Vegetables.

A diet consisting of fruit and vegetables and say tuna or salmon for about a month, then gradually introduce meat and chicken. To ensure you recover well, chew every mouthful thoroughly so that your stomach doesn't have too much work to do. Also, if you were to have juices only for one day a week, this would rest your digestive system and hasten the healing process. All the best, Nvrgvup.
