Why is the incidence of Colon Cancer higher in wealthy nations than in developing nations


Why is the incidence of Colon Cancer higher in wealthy nations than in developing nations?
I need some help answering the following question. Any help would be greatly appreciated: 1. What conclusion might you draw from the fact that in wealthy nations the incidence of colon cancer is higher than in developing nations? Justify your answer. -thanks

Because like the US for example, have a lot of fast food and high fatty foods, lacking fiber. Most people do not eat healthy, aka eat high fat foods. They don't get the fiber that is required in their diet, Eating a diet high in processed foods and red meats, refined grains, sweets and desserts may increase your risk of developing the disease. All in all is the reason its higher in wealthy countries is because of the foods and their diet, because in developing countries don't have those foods.
