Maybe or.... It can be that you eat too much hot stuff and it cause you but to bleed.

You could just have a bleeding polyp. You could also have bleeding hemorrhoids.

Rectal bleeding is one of the most common colon cancer symptoms, but it is only one symptom. In absence of any other symptoms it does not indicate cancer.

If it is red blood, then no...it is probably coming from hemorrhoids, or perhaps a fissure; eat a higher fiber diet and get more exercise and it will go away. "Occult" or hidden blood, which you would only see by being tested sometimes indicates a more serious condition. Eat better & exercise, and if it's still happening in a month, see a doctor...
