I was diagnosed at stage IIIC, at 20 years old. It had spread to several lymph nodes. The symptoms I had were: - Rectal bleeding (had blood literally dripping out) - Painful stomach cramps - A feeling of not having emptied my bowels fully (a feeling of being constipated) - Constipation - Thin stools - Was often tired It was the bleeding and cramps that made me go see a doctor.
